My official WI day was yesterday but forgot to post.
Down .4 with a Fourth of July party! I'll take it. Five weeks in a row with a loss, all smalls but they add up.
Now at 207#
Aiming for that 199 number!

This is very exciting, Jim. Can't wait for you to post your first view of Onederland. I'd like to know what it looks like since I haven't seen it since I was 23.1

Well, not as bad as I deserved. Up 1.0#1

Ive been 'distracted' for the last month. Some of it is fun stuff and some is family stress that has resulted in some mindless eating and some not eating much due to knots in my stomach.
Down 3#s yesterday, bringing me just 0.8 over my low in early June. Hoping I can keep moving in the right direction!2 -
@goldenfrisbee I got to 202# thirty years ago at age 39 but quit going to WW meetings, tracking...well you know what happens then. I don't remember when I first weighed over 200 but it as probably in my mid 20s. I remember when I hit 300 around 1998. Then it was lose GAIN lose GAIN lose GAIN until my personal Light Bulb moment in 2012. Four and a half years to get near a weight I am still surprised to be near!2
