I submitted my food journal last night and for the first time, the estimate for my weight in 5 weeks started with the number ONE. Eeek! If I wasn't already, now I'm super excited to power through the next 11 pounds.

I'm super-excited about my first Half-marathon in Oct. I kind of want to do one earlier but if I wait I think it will be really special because it's the local race that everyone loves. It's the only Half in this area in the fall. My first goal is to simply finish without injuries. But I'd also love to break 2 and half hours.7

Im just back of holiday. Motivated to try and see a stay the same on the scales then hopefully reach the 2 stone in the last 4 months before i see the hospital team on the 18th3

We go to Disney every year - been going since my son was 7 and now he's almost 17. We have NEVER gone to the water parks. This year's trip we FINALLY added water park tickets. I'll be there with my swim suit on....I freakin' can't WAIT!5
