Health check

I've been LCHF for around 12 weeks now and have lost 16lb, so have achieved my weight loss target. (Yay me!)
I've got a routine, age related, health check due and will be having a blood test this week. I've no idea what they will be checking but have seen people suggest that the HDL/LDL might be higher as a result of recent weight loss, so am prepared for that. I had a routine diabetes check a few years ago which was fine despite my being over 50lb heavier than I am now.
I'm just wondering what else to expect as (fortunately) I haven't needed any other tests for ages. I'm in the UK, if that makes a difference.

Triglycerides my be up a bit too. Triglycerides and cholesterol tend to stabilize within about 6 months of maintaining a weight.
HDL may go up in the long run. LDL usually stays the same or goes up a bit BUT the particle size increases which is a positive thing.
Blood glucose may be a tad lower but if you have a fair bit of carbs prior to testing it may be high - the body gets used to low BG and is slower to respond to higher carbs for a couple of days sometimes.
Insulin may be lower too.
You may pee ketones which can scare some doctors and labs.
Stress hormones may be a tad bit higher due to weight lost - congratulations on that, BTW.
Blood pressure may be improved...
I think you mainly have good things to expect. Good luck.3
