The nutrition on the can show no fiber,
but when I search the Internet
it shows that a can of green olives weighs 170 g
and has 5.6 carbs and 3.9 fiber
which nets to 1.7 carbs for the entire can.

Is the serving size listed on the can 170g?

No, it says 5 olives. Whereas a can is 55 olives.

So if you divide 5.6g carbs by 11... you have 0.51g total and 0.15 net... anything less than 1g total can be listed as 0 on nutrition labels PER SERVING. That's the key.
Just like lots of people think heavy whipping cream is 0 carbs because some labels round down to zero based on the serving size.

I am going to have a can of green olive with either guacamole or an avocado for lunch.
According to research, oil extracted from green olives helps with breaking down fats inside fat cells, reduces insulin insensitivity and gets rid of belly fat.
And keto tends to be acid whereas olives are alkaline.
Plus this gives me a green vegetable that is also a super food.
