Ok Monday weighers, how did you do this past week?

Well, as a lot of you know, my doctor put me on Rayos, an extended release prednisone, about nine weeks ago. Over those nine weeks I gained over 40 pounds. It looks like that "SIDE EFFECT" is done. I'm on the way DOWN again! WooHoo!!! I had said that I lost 3 pounds on vacation the last 2 weeks. As of this morning, my official weigh-in says I'm down 1/2 pound to 329.5. The damage is done. Time to move "Onward and Downward"!!!!
