This is why it is important to look deeper into what gets reported and not just take headlines from a single study. Fairly short video (under 10 min). If there are not multiple studies by different people with different funding sources, be extra skeptical. And always look for the agenda behind who is doing and who is paying for the study. Otherwise you will end up believing nonsense like coconut oil is bad for you.

    Thanks for sharing. I have been a skeptic for many years and leery of study results.

    I have to admit I always start off from a point of suspicion and scepticism. I initially thought Dr Sarah Hallsberg a quack, and Butter Bob a total joke.... It's been the corroborating evidence, broadened research and no small part played by the folk on this forum, that swung it for me.
