Hey everyone. New to the group after rejoining MFP...haven't been on in a few years.
Anyway, I have been a member of OTF as a founding member of our local gym. They started 2 days a week boot camps last November and continued until the gym opened in March. I love OTF and have stuck to this way longer than any other exercise I have tried. Rowing is my least favorite, but I deal with it!
I haven't had much weight loss since I joined, but I have lost inches and can see huge improvements in my fitness level. Weight isn't going to budge until I get my eating under control, so I'm making simple changes to change my eating habits.
So that's a bit about me...hope to get to know some of you
