Orange Theory Rest Days
Today was my fifth orange theory class in a row. Usually I take a rest day after three days. I'm feeling pretty good though and may go again tomorrow. How many days do you go before you take a rest day?

Feeling better, but not losing weight
I've been at OTF for about 2 months. I'm able to do more during my workouts. I've increased my weights in the weight room. However, my primary goal is to lose weight. I've actually gained between 4-6 lbs. I'm hoping it's muscle, but still sad about the scale. Anyone else?
