Orange Theory Transformation Challenge 2025

I started Orange Theory classes in January 2024, and it has been a great experience. After using My Fitness Pal for years, I finally decided to join a group! I'm a 57-year-old cis-male who was diagnosed with a mild form of COPD in 2023 (I was a smoker for 40 years but quit about five years ago). I joined OT to improve my cardiovascular fitness, and it has made a significant difference. I attend the 2G classes three times a week and love it.
I just signed up for the 2025 Transformation Challenge and was wondering if anyone else is thinking about joining. I'm not looking for a huge transformation, just aiming to lose another 10 pounds of fat while maintaining my muscle mass. During the 2024 Transformation Challenge, I lost about 12 pounds and have managed to maintain that throughout the year. My weight has fluctuated a bit, especially when I take breaks from food logging (go figure), but I'm ending the year 10-12 pounds lighter than I started, which I consider a win.
I'm not sure how active this group is, but I thought I'd pop in and check it out. If you're signing up for the challenge, I'd love to hear your thoughts. Has it motivated you? Do you find that participating in the various challenges throughout the year helps keep you on track?
