Hello ladies!
I joined MFP a few years ago when I was trying to get in shape for my wedding (I remember thinking I was chunky when I weighed 160, HA!) Add a few years of love and bliss and one super cute baby girl, and I'm now up to 215lbs - but like, a sexy 215. Am I right? ;)
Anyway. I'm looking for food/snack ideas to keep me full that wont diminish my supply. Suggestions? Thoughts?
