Well....I'm back for another go!
After some success a while back, life got in the way a bit
I started over again on Monday (10th) and am doing a 2-3 hour eating window as I find it hard to get enough healthy(ish) calories into just one. I've also started the Focus T25 workout at home.
I've been reading a few others OMAD journals and you all seem to be doing so great so I thought I'd start one too.
