Keto and endo/fertility

I have heard a lot about a keto diet helping PCOS and fertility but never anything about endometriosis and fertility. I have blocked tubes and severe Endo but did manage to get pregnant in September of 2015. I started keto Easter of 2017 and have lost 27 lb so far. Wondering if any one has experience or knowledge of fertility being helped by a keto diet where endometriosis is the issue.

@mchitchcock91 it is good to read about your success on a keto diet. While I personally can not speak to the condition you asked about I have read about it in my studying of keto over the past three years. I have daily used Wobenzym for two years to reduce stroke, heart attack risks and many other health risk factors.
Because I am not the only one that uses it in our house I decided to test it at very high rate of use. I took 20 tablets four times daily for 30 days without any negative side effects other than the $300 cost. My next triglyceride level did come in at 34 but do not know if it was related to heavy Wobenzym usage. I did have a thick elbow scar that resolved since doing keto with the Wobenzym. By the way I was not the first to use this dosage of Wobenzym per my reading so I had reason to think a large amount of this plant based supplement was very safe.
I am not suggesting you try Wobenzym but will provide one link and Google will provide you with many more. It was developed in New York about 60 years ago and produced in Germany so it is not some new supplement without research behind it.
Over the past three years of eating keto I have had many health issues to resolve and or improve so I am pro Keto based on my personal results.

I had forgotten about this E-book about Wobenzym research. In the index you will see fertility discussion starts on page 47.
