Breakfast Quesadilla

3 Ingredients
1 Turkey Sausage Patty (Butterball Natural Inspirations 1 patty 45 cal.)
1 slice, Pepper Jack Reduced Fat Cheese (I like Sargento's 60 cal.) )
1 Whole Wheat Tortilla (Extreme Wellness High Fiber 50 cal.)
Cook turkey sausage patty. Heat tortilla in small skillet; top with pepper jack cheese cut in half and sausage patty (crumble sausage if desired). Fold tortilla in half and serve.
I have also added 1serving Egg Beaters (25 cal.) and substituted Canadian Bacon (60 cal. 3 thin slices) for the sausage).
