:angry: Your current goal is to weigh 181 lbs on May 3, 2014 by losing 2.0 lbs / week. :laugh: why does it have to be that long :grumble:

    losing weight slowly is no fun,it's still losing, much better than gaining.

    I know how you feel. That goal setter on the site is a major reality check. The good news is that once you get there you will have made a lifestyle change!

    I know they say "slower is better", and while the wait sucks, it's true! A slow loss allows your body to adjust and you also get to allot for some splurges and other things that pop up. It means you can sustain it for a long time and not feel crazy and deprived. And it means your less likely to gain it back.
