Paula I use towels in stretch workouts all the time. Or I would never get there!
Tuesday done! I used these slider discs for the mountain climbers! Great fun.

I used slider discs, too. Towel on carpet does not slide so good!!!
Paula, I kept thinking I should be using an exercise band...

OK, let's use bands next time!

Sliding limbs scare me a little bit. I have "trick" knees : loose muscles don't hold the joints tight. They actually dislocate with the wrong torque. So I like to keep my feet inline with my legs.
