No progress yet...not physically but getting ready mentally.
Had triathalon yesterday and finished alive and well. Next race almost two months away and i would love to race ten pounds lighter.
1. Going thru diet coke detox right now
2. On vacation at healthy friend house so no snacks...
3. A good time to reset and restart my nutritional plan

Beautiful!
I've been frustrated this past week because I managed to hurt my knee last weekend. Saw the physical therapist and was told just to take it easy and not run for a bit, which is frustrating. Should go swim, especially, but have not. (Been doing weights and walking and pilates.)
Blowing off all the races I planned this summer already due to work being crazy, so this does not help.0 -
Open water swim in mountain lake today. lemurcat12 first time i could swim breast stroke using legs and my knees didn't hurt ! Injuried in March. Still taking it super easy on running....no trails...no hills and no uneven pavement at all....so you will get better!
