Eating Healthy

We are all busy mamas with our newborns (and older kids if you have them like me). My LO is 5 weeks old. I've lost 25 pounds since delivering my baby. I have 26 to go to hit my first goal. I'm trying to find healthy lunch/dinner recipes and healthy snack ideas. I've been trying to do Low carb. Anyone have go to recipe or snack ideas, websites, books etc? How has it been trying to lose weight ?

    The key, for me, is to have all the meals already made up and ready to grab or throw in the microwave. Most days I have about 15 minutes of free-arm time around lunch so I need it to be quick and easy. Otherwise I turn to a handful of grab-able candy/junk.

    I make a lot of salad in a jar ahead of time. Dressing on bottom, then meat, cheeses/vegetables, then salad on top. Shake and eat. Or, I dump it onto a flat-out flatbread and eat it as a wrap. (The flat-out brand is low carb) Pinterest has a lot of yummy ideas for variety.
