How do you get enough potassium into your diet?
We are supposed to get 3 to 5 grams each day.
I get mg each day.

    avocado and spinach and salmon are all great sources of potassium and fit well in the ketogenic diet. Nuts are good as well, but you have to be aware of the carbs.

    breakfast: I have three eggs and 1/4 container of wholly guacamole organic.
    gives me almost 0.9 grams of potassium.
    It's about 5 carbs but 3.5 fiber.
    when I started monitoring my potassium, I was very lacking.
    this is a good start to fixing that.
    I bought potassium gluconate 99mg.

    Maybe I should not have taken any electrolytes because I got a migraine today. Was it the carbs because I did eat too many yesterday or was it the magnesium and potassium that I took today?
