Hi guys,
I'm going to keep this group open after the 21 days to do more 21 day sets, so we can all build up a series of good habits
So for anyone late joining, don't worry!
I'm spacing them out by a day, so we all have a day to just relax for a second and appreciate a job well done. Then it's back on it!
I'm going to start them as follows:
Challenge 1: 14 July - 4th August
Challenge 2: 5th August - 26th August
Challenge 3: 27th August - 17th September
Challenge 4: 18th September - 9th October
