Loads and loads of protein, a generous amount of fats - basically anything except trans fats - and reduce your carb intake to under 30grammes per day.

Drink plenty of water, keep up your minerals and vitamins, and above all, be liberal with the salt.

    Continue.

For as long as you live.

Which, if you do this, should be for a pretty good long time.

    Sorted.

    next!!

I don't find that helpful without a definition of what high protein is. Because I've literally encountered people that think 75g a day is high for a woman...
Without resources it just creates fear of overeating protein. It did for me when I first started. I wish I hadn't been constantly warned against protein.

Here is some info on keto: https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.reddit.com/r/keto/comments/27vx2z/beginners_guide_to_keto/

Here is a keto calculator that will help you figure out your macros (carbs, fats, protein): https://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/

Interesting. I was just about to reply to the comment before that which started out "Loads and loads of protein" and caveat that from the other end of the spectrum... that some people come into keto afraid of fat and think they're supposed to reduce carbs and increase protein, ending up on a low carb/low fat/waaaaaaaaay too high protein path that is no good at all.

The best answer IMO is the one pointing to the calculator: https://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/ Mess around with that, read the FAQ's and come back and ask more detailed questions if you need after that! :)
