So I rejoined slimming world on Monday
Had a bit of a shock when I got on the scales. But I've refocused & got my head back in the game.

The diet consist of no calorie counting & they encourage group discussions. Just like this group.

If u get chance look it up on the web & let me know your thoughts.

A friend of mine lost 3 stone in 6 months.

Here goes..... I keep u all posted :)

I looked at it. You will do well on it. It reminds me a little of one of the versions of Weight Watchers - Free Foods, Healthy Extras, and Syns/Indulgences. I hope that you enjoy it.

This is an interesting web site -- hadn't heard of it before. That's a very reasonable price and the support sounds good. You're really doing great!!!

I hope it goes well. They have them in Texas, but nowhere else, for some reason. I have heard that it is as successful as Weight Watchers. I know you will do brilliantly!
