Makes life so much more easy filling and nutritious alternative to say eating out at some fast food joint. especially when cutting calories. I ate at mcdonalds which kept my carb level a little higher than 50 gram always hovering over keto but never fully in it. Then i learnt that the price difference between my prepped meal of the same kind and the one id buy outside would be around 2-3 $ per meal a price id pay for convenience and time saving.

I never knew about ready to eat cooked meats ,untill comming across it in an instagram post . I know most big box grocery stores have some kind of deli , ready to eat meal shops but most come in combo's not always favourable to meet our macros , unless they allow us to order things separately without a loss in value for price.

M&S UK Has a massive range. We also sell pork crackling 'crisps' (coils of crackly pig-skin which are addictive) and Chorizo crisps - dried crispy slices of salame to die for.
We have prawns, chicken, pork, beef and lamb - all done in various, tasty, edible snacky addictive ways..... They're known as our Deli Delicious bites....

Don't know if this is 'seeable' to others outside the UK, but if it is, the majority of these items are available in our larger stores, but in smaller (for 1 or 2 people) quantities.
My store is one of the smaller stores and we certainly don't stock a huge variety - but we do some, and what we have, is really good stuff....
