Chris these are my kind of workouts. Shoulder still slows me down a bit though.

Yeah, I'm having shoulder/neck issues from carrying Ronan.

That is not good! You know the solution. Must sit down to hold him. Chores can wait! :)

Ran through these at beginner level. I like quite a few of them. Mountain climbers are a favorite!

Ohhh, I love the 'chores can wait' part!! I did most of them, too. No jumping tho.

Shelley, I envy you your ability to do mountain climbers, I think they would be fun if my body were as young as yours.

It still surprises me that I can't get on and off a bike because my knee won't bend and leg won't lift. There is a good possibility of catching my foot on the swing over and crashing with the bike.

I must experiment to see if practice can make up for age. Oh to be flexible and balanced again. :)

    Chris, Chores away! Ronan time!!!

My friend/coworker got back from her anniversary in Greece this week. And tonight she and her DH are driving down to San Luis to pick their furry kids up from his parent's house. She says her little mini-dachshund pees when he's excited. He's her baby. She can't wait!

Paula I know of a few female dogs that do that. First I heard of a male though. Flexibility is definitely something that has tone done daily. I must do more stretching. I hope to still do mountain climbers as I continue to age as long as possible. Does your bike have a high bar? I have always wondered why they could not design them to be more user friendly.

Chris Ronan is growing so fast. Can he say anything? Such a cute baby boy! No chores when he is visiting!

I swear he makes baby-words that sound like 'I love you!' He does dadadadadadadadad and EEEEEEEEEEEEE! Those are his favorites but he talks all the time. We just don't have the Baby Words Dictionary. He giggles and take steps. DDD said he took 7 or 8 wobbly steps at MIL's last night. He's so brave...no fear, so Grandma's heart pounds a lot when he ventures anywhere. <3<3

Paula, do you have a boy's bike or a girl's bike?

Sounds like she might have one of them boy crusher ones. :s

Chris I am so happy to hear how Ronan is doing. Such a little charmer. And a birthday only a month away! Wow.

So we bought an Automatic top off set up for the aquarium. Now I can put 5 gallons of fresh water next to the large tank between water changes. And as it evaporates out it can refill itself! What a time saver! And I can leave for a few days and not worry about it.
