Like many others, I am back again. Last time I lost over 50 pounds. Over the past few years, I have gained it all back. Something that I think will make a difference this time, I finally got to the root of my weight problem.

    I've comeback many times. My greatest weight was 405 pounds with a 64" waist. Shirt sizes 6 XL. I told myself this time I wasn't doing starvation diets. I wanted to be a smaller man so I made up my mind to eat as such. I'm 184 pounds now. My pants are a 33" waist and my shirt size a medium.
