In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.
Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!
Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!
Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!
You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!
1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

Hi, I am new as well and would like to join in. A little about me... I'm 35 and have been consistently over 200 lbs for the last 12 years. I was able to get below 200 a few times during that period, but was never able to maintain it. Now, I am really focusing on getting myself healthy and getting below 200 lbs with the intent of keeping the weight off. I started the year around 229 lbs and am currently 204 lbs. My ultimate goal for this year is to be in the 170-180 range.
1. Do at least 4 walks (totaling at least 10 miles)
2. Log into MFP everyday - I currently have a 30 day streak (my longest!)
3. Eat breakfast before work (instead of at work)2 -

New to this group!
1) Hit my 10,000 steps daily this week.
2) Log into MFP and record my food intake all week! Goal is to stay at 1200 calories!
3) Set myself a reminder to do these things with a motivating quote attached!!!
Ultimate goal is 130 lbs!3 -

-be more mindful with meals.

I'm new to this forum. My goal is to lose 25 lbs before a trip to Cabo in Dec. I need to invision a slim me on the beach!!!
5'10" current weight 175. This is due to health issues. (Broken arm, foot problems, life, surgeries). Have been slim all of my life until the last 3 years.

My short term goals are to make myself accountable (which is what I need this forum for. I do really well for a while then life throws me another curve.)

Plan healthy meals
Healthful snacking
Not let ones around me influence me to make bad choices
Log food--Exercise consistently
Make my step goal everyday
