    A blue dot day is a Weight Watchers phrase for a healthy eating zone day. It is a 10 point range given to use each week depending on your weight.

    My short term goals are to make myself accountable (which is what I need this forum for. I do really well for a while then life throws me another curve.)
    Goals
    Plan healthy meals
    Healthful snacking
    Not let ones around me influence me to make bad choices
    Log food--Exercise consistently
    Make my step goal everyday

    Carving out those few minutes in the morning to have breakfast can be tough, but it will be worth it!

    Hey guys, glad to see a few people still working to make this group the supportive family I remember. I keep forgetting that the app lets me come here now. I'm going to try to participate in a few challenges this year. Just returned from vacation and need to reset the work I was doing.
