My short term goals are to make myself accountable (which is what I need this forum for. I do really well for a while then life throws me another curve.)
Goals
Plan healthy meals
Healthful snacking
Not let ones around me influence me to make bad choices
Log food--Exercise consistently
Make my step goal everyday

Hello everyone! So great to see so many new "faces". I will take some time tomorrow to respond to each of you. Consistency is important. We always say here progress not perfection.

Hey guys, glad to see a few people still working to make this group the supportive family I remember. I keep forgetting that the app lets me come here now. I'm going to try to participate in a few challenges this year. Just returned from vacation and need to reset the work I was doing.3
