I really slipped this summer but trying again to give it up... At least during the week.

    Me too! I've been on maternity leave but done breastfeeding so it's been easier for me to have drinks in the evening. I'm going back to work next week so I'm trying to get back on track. I have gotten through two weeks only drinking 3-4 days a week. My goal is no drinks Monday-Thursday.

    I'm in, but admittedly, alcohol is a pretty solid part of our lives here. Opening a bottle of wine as we cook isn't even a major thought, and grabbing a few bottles in the grocery store is routine. I'd like to give Sun-Thurs a shot, though.

    The only reason I'm glad summer is over is so I can avoid the booze. Too many opportunities to imbibe so I need to just focus on one day a week and only in moderation. Feel free to add for support!!

    Summer is harder for me too... I am more structured during the school year for sure
