Late check in, crashed out early last night before updating but pleased to report yes x3.
My NSV for this month is that while I have been struggling and have regained a little of the weight I'd lost I haven't given up completely and have done some logging every day. Keeping up this habit means that I'm confident that I can get back to goal fairly quickly and won't get totally out of control.6 -

Exercise: 30 min Crossfit workout. 5 min warm up, 15 min work ring on back squats and a 15 min AMRAP with running, rowing, pushups, pull-ups, burpees and sit-ups
Calories: under too much today but didn't wanna put too much in my belly
Tracked: Yes
Thanks to everyone who replied to my logging exercise question!!!

Exercise - walking.
@craigo3154, I get how steep that hill is from those pics that show the turns in them. Nice.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, killer 50 minute foam rolling session (needed that!) and 11 miles of cycling.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
NSV for the month: carrying my baby daughter around for an extended amount of time with little effort.4 -
Yes x 3. I usually work in the field making house calls. Today I worked in the office, which is full of candy and baked goods. I don't even like those things, but I ate them (within calorie limit) out of boredom. Walked dog for exercise.
NSV: a little over a year ago, I started lifting. I started squatting 45lbs, now squat 135lbs. As a middle aged woman, I'm thrilled about this. I do an old school lifting routine 2x a week, and I am a completely different animal now.5 -
pass again (no idea what I am at but out of the circle anyway
NSV for me
took ill and still managing to log and stay on calorie target ... no exercise to speak of but even managing to log is a bonus0
