How can I stay keto for 5 days at my kids camp???

Hello everyone. I have been doing well on a start of a keto diet and in 2 weeks I have to go to Girl Scout camp for 5 days and 4 nights with my daughter. The camp supplies the food, and rather than be high maintenance and try to get them to keep stuff for me (no clue if I even can) I would rather have a stash of keto friendly foods in my car to grab when the kitchen puts out pasta, pancakes etc.
I am thinking macademia nuts and nutbutter. I have a cooler that should keep things good for about 48 hours.I am just trying to minimalize the problem. If there are any experienced campers who have some ideas on what I can bring I would love to hear them! Thanks!

I like to use hard sausage meats, like peperoni sticks and that sort of thing. You can get ones that don't require refrigeration. Just be sure and check the labels first, as some of them do contain more carbs than you'd expect.

There was a recent backpacking post that had ideas, but jerky, coconut oil (if you do BP coffee), macadamias are great. If you can refill the ice at least once while there (usually available from when I went) you could bring salami and drier cheeses, etc. And as long as you ask your leaders nicely, you can probably keep a smallish box with your name on it on a shelf out of the way. Many campers have gluten free or medication restrictions. If you just ask what you can bring yourself, or whether you can fill up with ice, they are generally pretty accommodating. Pickles for the sodium - most can be safely at room temp a week...
You can also afford to have a few more carbs if you consume them immediately before high activity, because they will be used to refill muscle glycogen stores and such.
You can always eat the meat and cheese from sandwiches, leave the bread...eat whatever meat and veggies are offered, skip the starch and sweets. An apple paired with your nut butter would be a good option for a little higher...
Mainly focus on protein, keep the carbs as low as you can, and let your body fill in the rest...and keep active, you should be good. Remember to get extra electrolytes and such!0 -
Oh, a low carb protein powder, some MCT or Avocado oil, etc. to make shaker protein drinks on the fly, too. There's a discussion going around about HWC powder, too...
Maybe meringue cookies, low carb style? Almond bread muffins or something?
