My first day

I just joined group. My first day was yesterday. I jumped straight into 20:4 along with Keto. I'm loving it so far. I feel more energy. I've felt no hunger whatsoever. Is that common? I was already doing LCHF to treat my diabetes. From what I hear, this is better.
