Come on in, and let's start walking the Monthly Walk Challenge together. I know that I say this each month but I am truly grateful for each and every one of you, who continue to inspire and motivate mile by mile, and step by step, each month.
So now... let us lace up those walking shoes and remember to get our water... while we begin to walk into August of 2017!

August goals
- 120 miles

I have company coming Sept 1st. I have to get my painting projects done. And now the peas and beans need to be picked. Our renters moved out so I have another 6 hours of mowing a week, . Busy keeps me away from the food!1 -
I found the remote to the dyson fan...(yay)...have a way to organize some of my stuff in my head, now to put it in motion.
Organize paper work.
Have the Pelican Water System installed.
Call Handyman (clogged sink that I have not been successful unclogging...lights that are not working...pictures need to go up) --more on this when I think of it.
More later on my steps.

To reboot myself. I have fell off a bit with my eating and working out but I am confident that I can find a healthy balance to move forward.
250 Miles is goal for the month.0 -

Goal...today is day 7 drinking a green smoothie a day...found a site on facebook to join...actually you don't have to be on facebook...it's called: SimpleGreenSmoothies.com Goal is to continue on and truly make their philosophy on green smoothie part of my daily routine.

Thanks Lilymay...good to see you here. Now if I could only control how much I eat. Eating pretty healthy...just too much. Oh and I had a meltdown on Thursday night. It was a great reminder how I am no longer that binge girl. Not a good look.0 -

No, I sort of wish I was. I am a receptionist but I walk to work sometimes (almost 3 miles, unless I'm being creative), I will walk to the gym on the weekends and just generally try and keep moving when I am not stuck behind my desk. I also do some FitBit challenges so that gives me motivation to keep moving as well. I started slow and set some goals for myself and usually they were not that hard to accomplish, but I wish I could either run or push myself in a reasonable way.0 -
I was going on a weekend trip and then taking off a week, celebrating my birthday and just sort of disconnected - but I'm still here!

Yesterday was PET scan...bone cancer survivor and have not been checked for quite awhile...results today. (Blood work was last week.)
I am looking forward to getting the ALL CLEAR.0 -

Lol... see the pattern? I always get lots of steps when I have the grandkids and when I mow grass. This week is going to be super busy. Our small town of 700 has a one day street festival that brings in 2 to 3000 people. I volunteer with the museum so I get tons of steps.... Oh it is going to be a busy week getting ready for the festival.1 -
