forgot I take BCAA in the form of a drink called Amino Tone during my workout. Should I cut this out? or try to incorporate it? And I plant to start a probiotic in addition to my multi-vitamin. Is this ok?0

Don't forget to consider nuts and/or seeds for snacks. I also like celery with almond butter on it. Olives are good to snack on and have lots of sodium.1
