Definitive Merlot Carbs?

Has anyone found a definitive answer on carbs in Merlot? I have found general stats but no ranges for them.

I would really like to drink some Toasted Head Merlot. My favorite by far, but I'd like to know the carbs before indulging. Would the company know if I called?
