How long have you been practicing? Do you practice at home or take classes at a studio? Do you just do yoga or do you have other forms of exercise? Are you a vegan or a vegetarian or do you also eat meat and dairy? If you reached your weight loss goal have you been able to maintain your weight?

I don't.
But yoga means much to me.
I began exploring yoga back when I was in college because a friend's mother practiced and she got us interested.
In those days, there were no yoga studios. There were only books, usually with black-and-white pictures. Those pictures -- usually of men with turbans wrapped around their middles contorted into impossible positions -- were intimidating. I guess we didn't understand that you had to work to develop and that you had to develop to get into those positions. So we did not do a lot of the physical practice. We studied. We practiced breathe. We meditated.
It wasn't until much later that I started a physical practice.
I sometimes take a class in a studio but not as much as I used to. I practice at home, for about 20 minutes usually, every morning.
My current practice is somewhat minimal, I guess. I am not working to get better or learn new poses, so much as I consider my yoga recovery from my running, tennis, etc.
I suppose it is also my emotional respite, since it takes focus, or, at least, I try to practice that way.
