    Saturday check in
    1. Check in daily 6/7
    2. 5,000 steps 4 days 5/4

    My Sunday is nearly over and I am about to close my diary... so:

    1)10,000 steps a day(5/5)
    2) Workout every day (5/6)- still pleased as I was not working out at all - did work twice in one day ;)
    3) meditate (1/4) - need to try this one again
