Hi all! New to the group and just started "dieting" for the first time post-baby. On day two, my milk production had gone down TWO OZ. This is problematic, because I pump just enough every day for my 10 month old. I think maybe I made too drastic of a change too soon (probably cut my calories in half...keeping in mind that I was probably eating 3500 calories a day before)? I also started taking 15 min walks in the evening. I really want to lose this weight, but don't want it to be at the expense of my daughter's milk supply. Any sage-like advice?
