1200 macros

Hi there,

In my early 20's I could eat 1500 calories and lose 2 pounds a week easy. Didn't matter if the calories came from sugar, fat carbs or wine!

Now, I have to eat 1200 calories to lose a pound a week and I have to watch where they come from. I'm new to the whole "macro" thing and what my % should be with protein, fat, carbs, fibre, sodium, etc.

Anyone with an open diary who tracks macros that I can snoop on?
