Personally, I'm aiming towards next summer for a change, but it's going well so far! Dropped 2-3 inches all around and close to 20 lbs since starting (again) in May.

I lost 25 lbs from the time I decided to start losing, and I only have 2 more lbs to my final weight goal (then I want to work on toning). I started in June, so I didn't lose it in time for beach weather, but... there's always next year :D

I've not really lost weight over the summer, nor have I lost much (if any) body fat. However, I made a 5K PR in May, a HM PR in June, and then an even better HM PR in Sept.

I'm 1 month away from my last race this year. After that, I plan to switch focus and do a rapid fat loss plan to get rid of the last 10 lbs. (more or less) of body fat.

My 2017 New Year's resolutions have all been met except 1 - to reach 10% body fat. I've already scheduled a Dexa on 12/30 and will have just over 2 months to reach that after race season ends. From my best available information, I need to lose somewhere around 8-11 lbs. to get there; which means a very strategic and rigid temporary program (i.e. crash diet).

I've lost most of the weight I set out to lose (since January), its taken me longer than I thought but I'm nearly there. Now working on those last few pounds. Though I'm feeling sort of unsettled I guess and somewhat concerned with the holiday's coming up. Just hoping I can maintain the loss and move forward to the next step of getting healthier. Which for me is putting on some muscle and being a little more disciplined when it comes to snacking.
