I have decided to only check into mfp on the weekend's. I like the extra time it gives me now I am going to just get back to basics. I love the new job but come Sept I will have been there a year and going from a very physical job to one that is sit down and just mental I need to get into a routine that works with this job. Baby steps slow and steady and hopefully I will firm back up I feel very mushy and muffin toppings. Time to work on my core and strengthen my back again. Good luck on your triathlon @barbhat13 I walk with a girl who runs 6 miles before work she is so tiny. She is a very busy person but we usually walk once a week together. She wants me to do races with her I need to get back in shape before committing to that. Maybe a goal for next year. ;)

I've been so inconsistent this year, even with the running lately. Need to fix that as I'm training for Chicago in early October, but the last couple days I've had a cold/sore throat and felt run down and not able to breathe properly if exerting myself. Hoping to feel up to running tomorrow.

No desserts or soft drinks for two weeks....no artifical poisionous sweetners....but logging in sugar laden drinks add up to 400 calories a day! Organic cane sugar is still sugar...a hunt for caffeine drink that is not harmful...But making thru dessert heavy pot luck at work. Going mountain biking tomorrow!
