Started week 4 with a BANG! I have been really struggling on Monday to get my workout done in the morning, but made the decision that wasn't going to happen this week, because I have a lot going on in the evenings. So 5 AM up I got! Week 4 of Cardio Done! Looking forward to another Great week. I was feeling good this weekend about my progress until this morning when I got some company was was in pain and bloated. UGGGGHHHH.

Ok Ladies. TOM came to visit yesterday and the first 2 days are killer....I managed to workout yesterday, but this morning I was in so much pain that I actually thought about calling out of work. I will have to either try to workout later tonight or make up for it Thursday which is a vacation day from work.......0

Managed to get my workout in last night, but still couldn't get up this morning to workout. I will see what tonight brings and if nothing else double up tomorrow.0

Sounds like your keeping up...NO EXCUSES . Don't injure yourself if you are pain. Maybe modify? If doubling up works...do it...but if it causes more pain just modify. Is it muscle sorness...like you need recovery time or did you pull something?
I just started week 4...I'm improving and trying to put more into it (squating lower, jumping higher, etc).
My week 3 weigh in...I gain a pound. I'm not too worried about it though (yet) lol.0 -
