Hello, I have been a MFP member for many years but have slipped. Fortunately not by too much but really need to reign it in. I am a Slimming World member but as of Saturday have been back to counting calories as I need the discipline it gives. I weight at SW on a Wednesday evening, but for here, this will be my morning weight.
Start weight: 138 lbs (9 st 12lbs)
Current Weight: as above
Goal: 130 lbs (9 st 4lbs)

I weighed 241, I've gained 54 pounds in 2.5 years I'd love to get back to 180.0

I went into the summer pretty good shape, the best for me in years but hit a summer slump (BBQs, vacations..foods and booze) and have jumped up a lot more than I imagined
But time to get myself back on track and this group seems like one to help me stay accountable !
