Weight: 170.4lbs Notes: haven't started tracking yet. I need to start asap. My last weight in was 171 so could be progress or could just be a normal fluctuation. Talked to a friend and I'm considering trying the Dukan diet to get things started with a bang. Anyone tried it? How did everyone else do this week?

I started this group because I am a working mother of two toddlers and am finding that the accountability piece is the last one missing from my puzzle (well that and exercise :blush: ). I've always been big (180 as a teenager) but I was able to lose a lot of weight twice in my life... 25 lbs at 20 with weight watchers…
I gained 52 pounds, I'm getting back to my old healthy ways, it will be nice to have some accountability to someone other than myself
