I just started T25 today and would also like to include strength training to my exercise program. Does anyone know how much strength training and cardio is recommended per week? For example if I do T25 (Alpha) Sunday through Friday can I add a day or 2 of kettlebell exercise too?

I have gained 18 lbs in nearly 2 years and really want to get back to eating right and having a overall healthy body, and get back into my jeans before fall!
