Just got back from a nearly two weeks holiday, hence I wasn't able to weigh in last week - I exercised like mad and ate very well before I went in order to lose as much as possible because I knew I would have a gain when I came back! the gain is worth it for all of the delicious foods I got to eat though so I ain't mad1 -
Bloaty from carbs, sodium and hormonal water retention, pretty much ate at maintenance, expecting it to drop off next week.

So, I work day and night shifts sometimes in the same week. My weight was after working night shift. After a full night of rest, my numbers looked a bit different...

I'm posting for accountability, even though this was a rough week. Bad food choices, no exercise, plus not logging accurately equals weight gain. I'm glad that I didn't lose or even maintain with that kind of behavior because it would have probably enabled me to continue those bad habits. Now, onward I go!1 -
