I'm new at this but have been eating this way for the past 10 days and I have already lost 2 lbs. I am aiming for the elimination of some of the meds I take for high blood pressure, type II diabetes, coronary artery disease and hypercholesterol.

I had two stents placed in March and since then I've tried to eliminate meat, cheese, dairy and fast-foods from my life. I'm looking for others who are on this same journey...

I went over my numbers with my Dr. yesterday and he is very pleased. Everything has gone to normal since March and now I'm waiting to stop some of these meds...

Hope to gain some information from this group.
