What is your work out routine?

As above!

I go to the gym 6 days a week...not only to work out, but to just mentally refresh.

My routine is alternating days of free weights and cardio/abs/yoga stretches.

What about you?

    I do
    Monday - rest (because I have a longer commute on a Monday so less time to work out))
    Tuesday - Strong Curves Workout A
    Wednesday - 20-40 minute run
    Thursday - Strong Curves Workout B
    Friday - 20-40 minute run

    Weekends - I do Strong Curves Workout C on either Saturday or Sunday depending on my schedule and try and run the other day. However, last weekend I did my first Parkrun and I loved it so I will probably make it a more regular thing on Saturdays and do my Strong Curves workout on Sundays.

    I lift 4x per week, full body routine with glute focus (program is called Get Glutes). Then other days I do cardio or yoga

    I'm currently doing 5/3/1 so:
    Monday: overhead press + accessories (weighted pull-ups and dips, various upper body exercises)
    Tuesday: Deadlift + accessories (light squat, glute bridges, adductor, abductor)
    Wednesday: 16mi round trip bike commute
    Thursday: Bench + accessories (pull-ups and dips, push-ups, various upper body exercises)
    Friday: either bike commute or Squats + accessories(light DL, glute bridges, single leg DL, adductor, abductor, etc. )
    Saturday: bike ride and 7 min workout with hubby. If I didn't do squat day of Friday I do it then.
    Sunday: rest

    I try to do Yin Yoga nightly (try) and will throw in some regular yoga a couple times a week too.

    Oh, and handstand practice between sets as well as nightly at home.
