What are some good resources for the casual body builder? My goal isn't really to bulk up per se, but rather to fill in after having lost fat, avoid muscle / strength loss, and to be able to perform better work sports & outdoor activities.

  • Google lol. Bodybuilding.com There are also a lot of GOOD bodybuilding youtube channels. However, there are just as many bad ones as well. Pumpchasers is pretty good.

    Youtubers:

Jeff Cavalier - AthleanX - has really good, unique exercise variation videos (highly recommended, seems very non-biased). Less bodybuilding, but more for functional/athletic training
John Meadows (mountaindog1 - really good interesting training videos, he is an IFBB pro & coach/supplement company owner)

Jeff Nippard - natural science based bodybuilding topics - experienced pro natural bodybuilder
Jeremy Ethier - same as Jeff for the most part (I believe this guy has a degree in some sort of exercise physiology, no contest experience)

    Coincidence they are all Js
