Dehydration or low blood glucose after swimming today

I always take in a liter of water with electrolytes while doing my long swims.
Today I started my day with a 7km swim. Then I stopped at the market to get a 5L bottle of water plus a 1L bottle and spicy peanuts (Can't drink the tap water in China. )
When I was waiting in line at the register I got very light headed and a bit dizzy a couple times.
That has never happened after swimming before.
Sat down after getting out if the market, drank half a liter more water and sombre of the spicy nuts.
Anyone ever have this happen?

I've had episodes like that very rarely post exercise (like 1x a year). Personally, I chalk it up to the unknown (maybe something I ate effected my digestion the night before or something). I get a bit more careful with pre and post exercise eating and hydration for a while then I just forget.

If it happens more than a couple of times though I would see a doctor about it.
