Trying to be creative in getting training done but rainy season and i only work out outside....rethinking backup plans...city rec centers might be an option.

You always have such scenic workouts!
I had to reset my current weight. All the nights spent with my boys before B went to college have caught up with me. My weight has been pretty consistent for about 2 weeks now, but I'm back up to 158. I've got weekend plans I'm not willing to change, but then I've got to get back to basics. Sleep has been good, water only OK. I've got to stop snacking when I get home from work, and just fix dinner. (Although eating at home has eased a burden on my wallet, the teenager at college has strained it! I think we finally got his last books, another $80 spent today.)0 -
I had to reset my weight too plus I bought pants a size larger time to get my act together. I too handed money to my daughter. She is in grad school. She has to start presenting her research in front of a committee to keep her position. She also has to feed the committee. I can't be there to support her as I will be working. I figured I would give her the money for lunch. It's a mom thing.1
