Last time I found 3 sets worked for me. Four made me very sore the next day. Have been hanging around house since Friday afternoon due to the hurricane, non stop rain and flooding in the Houston area.. My house is okay, thank goodness! Will get a workout in tomorrow.

Yes glad you are OK Clara! :)

OK did 2 sets this morning. My balance e was off Chris! The "simple" dead lifts had me almost falling. Got a good laugh at myself out of it. :) Just glad to still be able to do it! I added some mountain climbers.

Sun is shiny, rain has stopped now waiting for flood waters to recede. My library has 2 ft of water and they're still using boats in the area. So working from home for now. Trying to keep eating exercise routine in spite of all the disruption.

The flooding is so sad. People can never understand the total loss from all views. A fellow reefer lost their 2 month old son right before the flooding started. And they have not been able to have his services or funeral. So much tragedy. I have been trying to be more positive in my life since Paula lost her home. I have so much to feel blessed for that I am trying not to be petty. I was in a flood years ago. No where near the magnitude of this one. But I did get a taste. They can and do happen very suddenly.

I am hoping for an end to the suffering it is causing.

@claram5415 - so glad you are okay! DH's cousins live in Houston. Two of them are flooded I think. Both of them are staying with their daughters. One at the daughter's house, and the other at the hospital where her daughter has been going through a sequence of operations.

I was so angry and snapping this morning (stages of loss), but recovered by this afternoon. Knowing how much worse it is for others helps me get over my problems.

    Luv y'all!

Paula we think a lot alike!

Spent about 4 hours at the ER waiting for Rocky to be released. He has been having horrible neck pain. They did an MRI. Looks like surgery in his near future. :( Picked up his meds and took care of him. I left work at noon to join him. He must have been in a lot of pain. Was not excited to see me. Just wanted the pain to stop and to go home. Meds are helping him now. :)

I still go through the angry/snapping stage and then realize what I still have.

What Paula said! I sure hope Rocky finds a fix. Neck pain is nasty *kitten*!
